What are your hours of operation?

Monday-Thursday - 8AM to 4:30PM, Friday - 8AM to 2PM

We offer Saturday and evening appointments!

What is Digichart?

Digichart is a private, secure EMR (electronic medical record) used by our office to obtain & document your personal medical history.

How often will I need to update DigiChart?

Digichart must be updated if you have not had an appointment within the previous 3 months. Access to your chart is via a generated password and made available up to two weeks prior to your appointment

Can I choose which Doctor or Nurse Practitioner I wish to see?

·         For GYN patients: Yes. The wait may vary

·         For OB patients: No. All patients are rotated amongst all Providers. This in your best interest so that they are all familiar with you in case of emergency.

Sonograms/Ultrasounds are offered in our office. We also offer 3D/4D sonograms!

If you are not certain we are in-network, please contact your insurance company.

Insurance required co-payments are expected at the time of services. For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover as methods of payment.

What is included in a Well Woman’s Exam?

If you are being seen for a Well Woman’s examination, the following services may be preformed

·         Breast Examination

·         Pelvic Examination

·         Dipstick Urinalysis (if symptomatic)

·         Hemocult (for patients that are 50+ years of age)

·         Discussion of Birth Control Options

·         Discussion of Menopausal Symptoms and Treatment

If you have any additional concerns, please inform our staff when making your appointment so that adequate time is allotted for your visit.  This allows the Providers to maintain their schedule as we try to be considerate of everyone’s time

What will my Global Fee cover?

Covered services during your maternity care are based on your insurance carrier.  Please contact them for your specific coverage, co-insurance and co-payments. You may also contact our Billing Specialists for assistance.

Some insurances cover:

·         Office Visits

·         Medical Ultrasounds

·         NST’s (Non Stress Test)

·         Vaginal and/or Cesarean Delivery

How will I know if my insurance covers the medication prescribed?

You should bring your insurance’s formulary listing to your visit so appropriate choices can be made.

Will my insurance cover 3D ultrasounds?

No. You may contact the front office for pricing.

Clinical Information
Are the providers in the practice qualified in dealing with high-risk pregnancies?

Dr. Khadijah Jordan and her staff specialize in high-risk pregnancies including:

·         High Blood Pressure

·         Gestational Diabetes

·         Placenta Previa

·         Advance Maternal Age

Are mammograms performed in your office?

No. Orders for mammograms are given by the Providers at checkout.  You may go to any facility covered by your insurance.  They usually send us a report. We locally refer to The Jennings Center and you may make your own appt @ 312-6137.

When is the best time to see my baby on a 3D/4D ultrasound?
28-32 weeks is the optimum timing.
Are the Doctors and Nurse Practitioners qualified to provide care to pediatric patients with gynecological problems?
Our sensitive touch makes us qualified for first time exams.
